2009 brings Mississippi a new title

According to a report published by the CDC regarding teenage pregnancy, Mississippi now has the highest occurence, displacing Texas and New Mexico with greater than 60% higher rate than the national average. Credit is given to the statistic that these three states have large proportions of black and Hispanic teenagers — groups that traditionally have higher birth rates.

Maybe we should make a delta regional or delta version of triad Lubricating Jelly and market it to these people...with the rate of pregnancy so high..delta regional might actually make money...and we could all get those raises we didn't get. haha
